Senior Management

Over the years, Simon has held many management positions. Since his early days after leaving college, he started his management career as shop floor supervisor in manufacturing. This gave him the taste for improving his people skills and through his roles, progressed to Senior Management when he held the Head of IT and Development within Vodafone owned company, Yes Telecom.

Consequently he has a wide range of skills covering areas such as procurement, recruitment, appraisals, one to ones, people management and obviously dealing with board room politics.
