Our stance on cookies

Unlike most websites, simonantony.net does not set any cookies in your browser.

There are no tracking cookies, no session cookies, no marketing cookies, and no cookie consent banner because none are needed.

How is that possible?

We use Plausible Analytics for website traffic measurement. Plausible is a privacy-focused, open-source analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors across sessions or sites. All traffic data is aggregated and anonymous. Plausible is fully compliant with GDPR, PECR, and CCPA without requiring visitor consent.

What about forms?

When you submit a contact form on this site, we process your name, email address, phone number, and message content solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. This data is handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We do not use form data for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in.

Third-party embeds

Some pages may contain embedded content from third parties (such as LinkedIn or YouTube). These embeds may set their own cookies when loaded. We have no control over third-party cookies. If you are concerned about third-party tracking, your browser's privacy settings or an extension like uBlock Origin can block these.
