We do not sign separate NDAs, and the reason is practical rather than principled: our standard contract already contains confidentiality obligations that cover everything a typical NDA asks for. Signing a second document that duplicates the first adds legal review time on both sides and protects nobody any further. Everything you share with us during a project, and during the conversations before it, is treated as confidential. Contracts are signed online through Onboardo, our own contracting platform, so the paperwork stage takes minutes rather than weeks of documents crossing in the post. If your procurement process genuinely requires specific confidentiality terms, send them over and we will look at them within the contract itself, which is where such terms belong.
This is one of the first questions cautious buyers ask, and the caution is sensible: you are about to show an outside company your website's insides, your plans and possibly your customer data arrangements. Here is exactly how we handle it.
An NDA and a services contract with confidentiality clauses do the same legal job. Running both means two documents to negotiate, two sets of terms that can drift out of alignment, and in practice weeks of delay while legal teams reconcile them. Our standard contract includes confidentiality obligations covering the information you share before and during our work together, so one signature does the whole job. We have written up the reasoning in full on our page about NDAs and confidentiality agreements.
Contracts are signed online through Onboardo, our own contracting platform. You receive a link, read the agreement, sign in the browser, and both sides hold the executed copy immediately. No printing, no scanning, no chasing counterparts. Because we built the platform ourselves, we control the whole experience, and it reflects how we like to work generally: direct, quick and without ceremony that adds no value.
Everything you would expect: your code, your data, your commercial plans, the contents of our conversations, and anything we learn about your business while working on your site. It applies from the early discussions, not just after signature of a project agreement. We are a brand of Simplepage Ltd, an Isle of Man company, and we have been trading since 2008; discretion with client information is not a policy we adopted recently, it is how a business keeps clients for fifteen years.
If your legal team has specific requirements, the practical route is to raise them at the start so they can be addressed in the contract. Start that conversation here.
Tell us what you're working on and we'll come back within one working day.
