We host Umbraco sites on Umbraco Cloud and on our own servers, and we run them properly. Managed hosting from us means the platform underneath your website is monitored, patched within 48 hours of a security release, backed up with restores we actually test, and reviewed once a year, and if that review shows you are overpaying, we move you down a plan.

The pricing works the way our managed client contracts work, costs plus a fair markup. On the Umbraco Cloud Starter plan that is £99 a month all-in: the Cloud fee is included, along with an hour of support every month. On Cloud Standard and above, your Cloud plan passes through at cost, published prices you can check on umbraco.com, with the same £99 managed service on top. If Umbraco raises its prices, the change passes through at cost and we show you the numbers.

If you need a server dedicated solely to your organisation, we can provide that too, priced on request, as the underlying cost is considerably higher. If a provider raises its published prices, the change passes through at cost and we show you the numbers.

One straightforward site sits happily on Managed Umbraco Cloud at £99 all-in. If you need staging, integrations or single sign-on, you are a Cloud Standard site: the plan at cost plus our £99 managed service. If you run several sites or have outgrown Cloud pricing, hosting on our own servers at £149 per site is usually the better value. And if your organisation needs a server entirely to itself, we offer fully dedicated servers as well, priced on request. We will tell you honestly which fits.

Offsite backups are only useful if they restore, so ours are verified by actual test restores with a documented recovery path. Backups cover the site and its data and are included as standard on every plan.

Yes. We scope the migration as its own piece of work and tell you the cost before anything moves, so there are no surprises. Once your site is with us, the monthly fee covers everything above.

Every plan is reviewed annually. If the review shows your site would run happily on a smaller plan, we move you down. We would rather keep your trust than your margin.
